Stencils and paste card: July 1st Card 1 (Bunches)

In this class we will be making a card using stencils and special type of paste to create the design.
This is a tone on tone color. Your card will be a different color base (deeper Blue) . It is hard to see the paste design in the photos but the paste gives the card added texture without creating bulk.
We will add a jar design with flower design to the card. You will color the flowers using oil base pencils. Use distress inks to add water to the jar. Add a special saying and you have a card for any occasion.
You will also be shown how to add color using ink pads and refill liquid ink to the special paste.

To attend the July 1st class, please call the Center (503) 767-2009 by Monday, June 29th to reserve your card supplies

Stencils, paste and embossing card: July 15th Card 1 (Hello)

In this class we will be making a card using stencils and special type of paste different from the July 1st class to create the design. This paste is easier to see.
Using a different stencil and different paste you will have a lovely background that adds texture without the bulk.
We will add a embossed flower using a stencil and different color embossing powder in a 2 step process. Your card will be matted with 2 layers to add depth to it. The top layer and textured layer will be a different color from sample. Add some bling, ribbon and a small butterfly along with a die cut hello word and you have a card for any occasion.
You will also be shown how to add color to this special paste.

To attend the July 15th class, please call the Center (503) 767-2009 by Monday, July 13th to reserve your card supplies
