Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance

Wednesday & Friday - 10:15 am - 11:15 am

Tai Chi can decrease the number of falls, fall risk and fear of falling.  Also it has shown to benefit Parkinson's patients and visually impaired seniors. Slow, low-impact movements that emphasize weight-shifting and postural alignment.  Movements progress from easy to more difficult.  No special clothing is needed.

This class is offered free to SSC members.

We might be "Over the Hill", but we are still YOUNG AT HEART!!!
We celebrate our member's birthdays the last Tuesday of each month, during the Potluck lunch.
